In Engage, the Reports section under Analytics allows you to generate and analyze various reports based on data stored within and some key aspects such as:

• Customized reports tailored to specific needs that involves selecting data fields, filters or other criteria.

• Visual representation of data using graphs, pie charts, bar charts or line graphs etc. for easy interpretation of trends or patterns.

• Comparative reports that can compare performance metrics over different periods, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement.
