Start Crowdfunder button

The Start Crowdfunder button opens the sign-up that lets a supporter create their own crowdfunder. It appears on the crowdfunding campaign page, but — like any element — it does not have to: place it on your home page, inside an appeal, or on a landing page, and it opens the very same sign-up.
